HydraBlast’s mini-scrubber is a great alternative to guns in applications that have the space. Hand-held with a 6″ spray bar, the cleaning rates can increase by as much as 3x what your blasters get.
The tool is actuated pneumatically when both triggers on the handles are pulled. The first trigger engages the rotation, and the second the high pressure water. This ensures users will use both hands when operating the tool for safety purposes. Feel free to reach out to us if you have questions or any further interest, and we will be happy to help.
HydraBlast’s Diverter valve is a multi-use water blasting tool designed to withstand water pressure up to 55KSI. It is a Tri-mode valve with three functions. In single gun operation, it can be used as a dump valve to drop pressure off the system. In multi-tool operation, it is used to balance the system and ensure each user has desired pressure (each tool needs a Diverter Valve). In a system with an external compensating valve (ECV) it can function as an on-off valve.
The Diverter Valve is designed after 60,000 and 90,000 PSI technology and adapted to work in the rough environment seen on water blast job sites.
The HydraBlast ECV works in tandem with the lubrication system on a Sparrow pump. It regulates the discharge pressure to a set point. The ECV is the safest and most advanced option in water blasting to control pressure on a job site. Be sure to reach out if you’d like to learn more.
Ensures safe operation by stopping flow of high pressure water from upstream. This Tumble Box can only work with a compensated valve, such as the HydraBlast ECV. Be sure to reach out if you’d like to learn more.
The HydraBot Crawler is the fastest, multi-directional surface cleaning robot utilizing advanced seal technology to attach itself to any vertical, horizontal or overhead surface. A single operator can clean surface areas at a rate of up to 540 square feet per hour – up to 2X faster than the competition. The 1,200 CFM vacuum system collects close to 100% of the water, removed coatings and rust for complete containment and disposal. The coatings and water are transported to a filtration bag, where the coatings are contained for easy haul-away. The water drains out at a clarity level acceptable for treated sewers. The adjacent work area and environment are clean and safe.

* Removal rates vary based on conditions – type of coating, surface condition, etc.
Our patented valve ensures safety of your employees by regulating pressure to a consistent and controlled state. The operation of the valve guarantees that the needle always disengages during start up and shut down (valve won’t stick). Be sure to reach out if you’d like to learn more.
